Was on phone with employee asking if they sold a part for my truck. She had said they don’t sell that stuff and hung up the phone. I found this very disrespectful

The most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! The lady at the front desk has no business dealing with customer. She is RUDE and ignorant. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience with this shop.
Called Brian regarding a big purchase in the family. He was very thorough with answering my questions and personally looked over the rig. His shop was booked solid and he accommodated a diagnostic/inspection for us to meet the purchase deadline. Needless to say he explained his findings which turned out to be a diamond in the rough of a truck! I highly recommend Walls to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest shop with that personal professional touch! A++
