I have lived at the Loft apartments for many years, leaving in 2021 & returning for another year in 2023. I always felt like my loft was my true home! I can't say enough about the well-appointed units & the amenities, (I have lived in all three lofts), like the rooftop deck, keyless entry, well-appointed common spaces & building safety. Beautifully restored building in an optimal State Street location. The rooftop is a wonderful amenity and the character and design features make the Walls Luxe Lofts a desirably unique spot to live.

I stayed in Loft 2 for three years while I worked at the surrounding hospitals. Ben was one nicest guys you could ask for in a landlord, and the guy who managed the art gallery downstairs (Will) was extremely kind. The team was super receptive to any problems the loft experienced in terms of getting them fixed in a timely manner. It is close to Quaker Steak so you can expect some light music during the warmer months, but they had noise dampening windows installed in the middle loft and I'd say it was hardly a problem once yo... read more
