Extremely unprofessional. We waited over nine months for some kind of results and have STILL not heard from them at all. They have my moms original death certificate and refuses to answer any phone calls, emails or call me back so that I can go get the death certificate or even know where we are in the process. We cannot go onto another attorney without knowing the full details of what they have or have not done, but again they will not get back to us so now we have to find someone to see if they’ve even done anything.
