I went in the get a new watch battery. The service was quick, friendly and the price was great. They also had really nice pieces of jewelry for sale.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Having said this I had them fix a necklace for my son my father gave to him. The lobster clasp would not close. They sent it to this random guy and he put on a new one. 2 weeks later it would not close again. He took it back in good faith to have it fixed again. When it was ready he charged an additional 180 dollars saying it wasn’t his problem. He and his wife are very rude and don’t deserve to be in business. You have been warned! There jewelry is cheap as well
Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. Sent a watch to get repaired. And they don't even do it there. Some random takes your watch to his house and you would be waiting a month for it aswell. Many other jewelry's in the area and In house watch makers and repairs in the area. I wouldn't bother with this place ever again. Cheap jewelry and cheap work.
