Great staff that was very knowledgeable an made sure I understand stood the rules of the lake an how to operate the Jet Ski. We rented them for 3 hours an never had a problem an we even had enough gas for the whole ride. I will definitely rent from them again. Hands down a great experience.
Decent equipment (we rented a malibu boat) and nice staff. I would rent from them again if I go to Charlevoix or Deer lakes! However, Walloon is a different story - for comparable prices, I can rent a decked-out Axis wakeboard boat (Malibu's lower-tier boat) that's a year or two old. If this place upgrades their boats or lowers the price for the older boats, then this "complaint" would be irrelevant, and I'd give them 5/5 instead! P.S. - Never had any issues with Gas, lol. But the 3 people who rented the jetski got 2 1/2 out... read more
