We had to let our contractor go because our parts for the bathroom were weeks and weeks overdue with absolutely no call from our salesperson. We received no reimbursement or discount. My husband drove back and forth to pick up a piece at a time. We had to buy replacement parts from Lowe’s which will need to be replaced the next time we have a contractor. Horrible customer service.
