10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND! Don't even think about it!! RUN AWAY!! Wallingford construction is run by a fraud and the laborers are drug attics. Before we fired Doug, we found drugs and paraphernalia hidden in the framing. We paid for materials that were never got purchased and Doug just kept asking for more money. 10 months after signing the initial “contract” the framing stage of our home wasn’t even complete.
