Horrible service, oh they promise you everything I was in underwriting and lost the house even tho I asked her numerous times that if there was anything else I needed. The loan fell thew and the ernest money I just found out today I lost because she didn't tell the title company anything. I was told it was refunded if you're purchase didn't go threw. Not only now am I homeless with 5 kids I'm out money too. I found out because I'm trying to close on the same house with a different lender. I didn't have a bad taste for this c... read more
If I'd known other loan officers, I would still tell you Ruth Sachs is the best. She did everything but hold my hand through the entire process. I was so blessed to have her it's hard to put into words. She's supportive, available, determined, transparent, easy to understand, and clearly deeply caring and committed to the populations she serves. I'll never forget the experience.
I am absolutely satisfied with all this process. They have been great! Karen Powell is super professional and educated person, also super friendly, I am very happy with all she's done. I highly recommend this place and Karen Powell.
