AVOID!!! This man is very unethical. He will keep your deposit even thought the apartment was professionally cleaned and left in perfect condition!
Mr. Wallick retained part of our security deposit to cover normal wear and tear that occurred as a result of us using the property for its intended purpose. Upon moving out, we scrubbed the entire apartment and left it in pristine condition. Additionally, we did a search to find good tenants to replace us when we left, so Mr. Wallick and his team wouldn't have to go through the hassle of a new tenant search. Avoid giving money to anyone associated with this property management. I've never been more disappointed with business dealings.
I completely agree with the below comment. I have lived in one of his apartments for the past 6 months. Within the first two months I began to see mold, literally crawling up my wall. It was two feet long and about 3 feet wide. When I asked the neighbors about it, they claimed that" mushrooms were growing" in their bathroom. They said after them alerting John about it, he did nothing. "He made us sign a waiver that says we are aware of mold".
