Terrible customer service. Placed an order over a week ago for a christmas flower deliver. On day of delivery I get an email "not in our delivery area, sorry", on the DAY OF DELIVERY. When I called the store the woman who answered the phone was rude, and hung up on me three times. She lied and said she refunded me my money when she didn't. Steer clear of this place and the vile creatures working there.
My experience with Wallflowers was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was an out-of-towner ordering some flowers for a wedding and was treated so well by the staff and owners. They went out of their way for me more than once, provided high quality, beautiful flowers. Give them your business!
