I highly recommend Frank Walley and his team. C&S has helped me with insurance for the last 5 years. Great company to work with as a small business. Many larger insurance brokers do not give care to smaller clients. I never once had this issue with C&S. Every request I made was attended to right away. Could not recommend C&S more.
Working with Leslie Jones was not only a struggle, but was a total waste of time. She didn’t and couldn’t help me in anyway with changing or getting my insurance lowered. One of the worst people to work with, and not only could she not help, but after about three to four phone calls she finally tells me that she doesn’t work with certain insurance companies and only a handful.
