DISHONEST OWNER My bill was $84.00 before Tax and after tax it was suppose to be $90.93 but DISHONEST OWNER charged my credit card $102.58 without even showing me the credit card machine and also did not even offer me the printout of the credit card charge. When i got home then i realized of up charges after getting my email, I called him and told him about that up charge then he blamed all that to the credit card machine and promised me to refund that extra charges but i never got that refund even after more than a week. The plug that was put on the tire was left poking out, and it did not look safe at all. I went to another tire shop where they told me that everything about the plug was unsafe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

I had the most incredible experience thanks to Julian from Waller Tire Shop. I was stuck with a flat tire, and Julian, who happened to be passing by, generously offered to help. He changed my tire quickly and efficiently, and wouldn’t accept anything in return. It’s rare to come across such genuine kindness these days, and it speaks volumes about both Julian and the company he represents. I can’t recommend them enough!

With no spare, I called around and the only person who would consider roadside assistance was the owner of Waller Tire Shop. He came immediately and got me going with no issues.
