They help me 2 times with my pregnancy test and the ultrasound they even ask me if I need it help to fill out the paperwork for medical insurance, the offer classes and give you free stuff(for the baby) if you go to the class. The staff was very friendly..

I went to the ER January 24 where they misdiagnosed me with an ectopic. Come to find out it wasn’t ectopic however they said to get an ultrasound by tomorrow to make sure my baby is ok. I explained this to Waller & they cancelled my FEBRUARY 15TH APPOINTMENT bc the hospital gave me an ultrasound and told me to find a OBGYN.. mind you my Medicaid won’t be available until the end of February. That’s crazy as hell
They’ll lie to you and tell you they want to help but it’s for show (or more funding- idk). My husband and I went in 30 weeks pregnant with nothing but they promised us resources & help in exchange for educational classes (which we were excited to do) but when it came down to getting it done- they had nothing but excuses. “Oh, you can’t do this because you’re too far along”. “That’s only for our clients who did x or have y”.
