I should have read these reviews before I gave this particular agent my business. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY. The agent didn't return calls and as a customer i wasn't treated like I mattered. So, take my advice give another insurance company your business because Chad Hugo has horrible customer service...AND HE'S THE SUPERVISOR OF THIS LOCATION. GO FIGURE 👎👎👎. State Farm treats me better.

Fine so far. I think tradionally this has been a great organization. I'm just getting reacquainted with them. So far so good.
These people are so awesome. Very down to earth. Will help you with your insurance needs. I've been with them for years and have my car and renter's insurance through them. The rates are much lower than other insurance companies. I personally like the fact that when you walk in.. No ones in 3 piece suits. Boots and jeans mainly. Country feel not executive feeling.
