Waller FARM Bureau does not return phone calls. A client has to go to their office to receive service IMHO.
I should have read these reviews before I gave this particular agent my business. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY. The agent didn't return calls and as a customer i wasn't treated like I mattered. So, take my advice give another insurance company your business because Chad Hugo has horrible customer service...AND HE'S THE SUPERVISOR OF THIS LOCATION. GO FIGURE 👎👎👎. State Farm treats me better.
