Yesterday was my second visit to this store. They are able to fix jewelry and watches at reasonable prices and are very patient when I need to make a decision about proper sizing. There is plenty of choice and they are open to ordering items that aren’t in stock. I love the convenience of the store as it is on Broad St with easy bus access. Clean counters, friendly, helpful service and a history that Richmond should be proud of make me sure to return.
My experience at Waller & Company was absolutely amazing. The associates are professional, and they are more than willing to help you get the items you desire. Even if they are not in stock, they are more than willing to go the extra mile and place an order for what it is you need. I will definitely shop here in the future.
