We ordered an awesome queen size bed, professionally installed on time. One of the gas pistons was defective, and failed within the first four months. I contacted the company on a holiday weekend, and within 24 hours they had someone on location replacing the piston free of charge and apologizing for the trouble. These guys drove hours to get to my place, and it's the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Highly recommend going with this company. Thanks to Chris, Ceaser, and all the crew.
In January 2023, I visited Wallbeds "n" More for an appointment (the store is open by appointment only) to look and get specific pricing. On that visit I was asked to fill out some paperwork that would be filed if I decided to purchase. I was specifically told that 1. no hard inquiry would be done and 2. no line of credit opened, if I did not choose to purchase. This business is the best! I loved working with Chris. She is well informed, friendly and knows her product. I highly recommend this store and wallbeds!! I love my chest bed. It’s beautiful and the perfect solution for my home.
