She went thru the different styles, variations, gave great insight on bedding and pillow storage and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She mapped out for us on paper the spacing of our room size and the different wall bed configurations given we had concerns with the small room and the spacing. I highly recommend Campbell Wallbeds ‘N’ More! My experience there was seamless. I purchased a wall bed 10 years ago. I had a need to get the uninstall instructions. Daniela DelValle from Customer Service Manager went out of her way to assist me in getting the information. That is customer service. BTW I would buy a bed from them again.
