We had a wonderful experience working with Eric! We made an appointment to visit the showroom and he was prompt and reliable. He patiently showed us all the bed models, was very informative, and really stood behind his product. And we understand why! The product is super high quality, especially in terms of the wood and the folding/locking mechanism - it is hands down the best one we saw across several different companies. Daniela at wallbeds n more in Campbell gets A+ for her customer service. She went thru the different styles, variations, gave great insight on bedding and pillow storage and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She mapped out for us on paper the spacing of our room size and the different wall bed configurations given we had concerns with the small room and the spacing. I highly recommend Campbell Wallbeds ‘N’ More! My experience there was seamless. I did my research, and decided I wanted a high quality wood Murphy Bed that would last — Not an online particle board knock-off.
