I called several hardware stores before finding this one, and most of them were short and not very helpful. When I called here, the staff actually seemed happy to help; I got a good vibe right away and decided to stop by in person. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who made the whole experience pleasant. We are so lucky to have discovered this place. A super-beautiful shop with extremely helpful staff. In particular, Laura spent so much time helping us decide on wallcovering. She kept pulling out books and making suggestions until she narrowed us down to exactly what we wanted! Yesterday - the grasscloth covering installation was completed.... Looks gorgeous! Thanks!

I have been here (Virginia Rd, N. White Plains) many times for paint but recently went downstairs and met with Laura Nally, the Design Manager, regarding wallpaper for my dining room. Before meeting with Laura, I was overwhelmed because there are so many designs/patterns to choose from. Wallauer has hundreds of wallpaper books and Laura knows them all!
