Absolutely the rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with in my entire career. If I could give under 1 star I would. The amount of reviews talking about how rude the receptionist is makes sense. AVOID this medical centre like that plague.
Just an fyi I was advised by the receptionist this clinic does not see new patients. Anyone new to the area needs to go somewhere else.
Doctors see you on time and are very empathetic. Amazing that it is also bulk billed
Can’t get an appointment for the rest of the the week. Now I need to know exact dates of when I get sick. Absolute joke
Just went in today...Normally all staff are really nice. Today there was an old lady with white hairs (Very rude). Told me she called many times and left messages and I was shocked as I don't have any message or voicemail service. My wife also went to see her and same thing...Very rude lady. She is portraying a very negative image for this medical centre that was known for customer service.
