Only giving 1 star because the receptionist is absolutely atrocious no manners and just nasty! The nurse is a good lady doctors are good but the receptionist made me feel like I shouldn’t be going back!
Dr Angelie is fantastic. I feel very relaxed with her and she is friendly, listens and is knowledgeable.
The receptionist at this centre is disgusting. She hung up twice on my mother who as trying to reach a doctor for end of life care. Time to pay attention to the feed back you're getting and get rid of her. Abysmal service.
Absolutely the rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with in my entire career. If I could give under 1 star I would. The amount of reviews talking about how rude the receptionist is makes sense. AVOID this medical centre like that plague.
Just an fyi I was advised by the receptionist this clinic does not see new patients. Anyone new to the area needs to go somewhere else.
