I have booked 4 appointments that have all been cancelled due to the doctor having to leave early. Now on my 5th attempt I have been told the doctor needs to leave early again! Leaving me stranded for over a month not good enough !! Prioritise patients and sticking to your booking times!! Not my problem doctors want to leave early every single time!
Punctuality does not exist here. I was made to wait over 40 minutes for an appointment. After leaving the appointment, I was not even given the treatment plan I asked for, even though I was explicitly told that I would be receiving it. I will not be returning. I do not recommend visiting this clinic.
Came here for the first time as a patient and the reception staff were absolutely amazing. They efficiently checked me in and I was met with smiling faces. I was seeing Dr.Danny and he is such an amazing doctor. Very kind and knowledgeable, making me feel reassured and comfortable during the appointment. I will be recommending my family to come here and book with Dr.Danny.
These staff and drs are abusive big time a new practice manager started all my medicine got stopped going to clinic then for no good reason valid reason my dr Danny Augustine negligence stoped home visits for a monthly injection they ganged up on me played on my illness alot jeolousy shinnad one of new reception stated to me just to wind me up she also doesn't eat for ten days and I told her I drink alot of magnesium too much can make Ur urine smell and give y cramps her words giggling I don't mind she ran to Danny too compl... read more
Dr Kathy is wonderful. Dr Matthew is incredibly thorough and makes sure you are taken care of. Nurses are absolutely beautiful, downside since they have relocated the reception staff have all vanished and the new receptionists are not great
