The indian lady on the reception is so rude , I think she needs much training in the customer service field or if she don’t have good service skills , it’s better to stay at home
One of the worst medical centres in the whole area/shire. We have had countless issues with doctors, for the last 2 years any appointment we’ve had - we have not been seen on time and the doctors could care less what you have to say, some even gave outdated advice but that doctor has now left. There has been no issue with cancelled or no show appointments for the last 3/4 years I’ve attended, now when I come in for an appointment am told I need to pay those fees or the doctors won’t see me? Only giving 1 star because the receptionist is absolutely atrocious no manners and just nasty! The nurse is a good lady doctors are good but the receptionist made me feel like I shouldn’t be going back!
Dr Angelie is fantastic. I feel very relaxed with her and she is friendly, listens and is knowledgeable.
