We scheduled for them to come out for septic services and 10 minutes before they were suppose to show up they cancelled saying they couldn’t make it with no explanation why and to find another company. Not even trying to reschedule the services. Very disappointed as I had told them my father just passed and we really needed the help.
DO NOT USE WALLACH. Confirmed by the city that a lot of issues come from him, including a warning that if I did his suggestion, it would get be an environmental regulation violation handled by more than just the city. He literally told me to break the law. Costed me $600 for him to not fix the septic problem and now I got slapped with a notice of violation by the city because he doesn't know what he's doing.
