Dr. Wallach is wonderful, excellent bedside manner! The only reason for 4 stars is that his office staff is incredibly difficult to reach. Multiple phone calls to get someone to help with scheduling an appointment or to request a medication refill. This is becoming a worsening problem as well. Our pharmacy has also called and requested refills numerous times without getting anyone to call back.
Always wonderful! Kind and courteous. Dr Wallach is outstanding!
I can't say enough positive things about Dr.wallach and his staff they are very professional yet warm and friendly. The Dr. and his staff made me feel comfortable and informed. When I had an issue during a procedure his staff diligently handled what could have been a not so good situation for me. I would like to Thank them all again. Michael Cortese
Had my 3rd colonoscopy (in 25 years), this week with Dr. Carl Wallach. What a wonderful kind doctor! In addition to being well respected in the field of gastroenterology, he is articulate & makes medical information understandable. I left my appointment feeling my gastro health is in good hands with Dr. Wallach. Thank you Dr. Carl! Here's to 25 more years of health & happiness & more sweet Grandkids to talk about together!
Thirty years I have been a patient yet when I had a large tumor an unknown physician assistant called to tell me. Very disappointed.
