Constant errors. Entry errors so that your medication shows as no refills. They don’t call you to let you know there are “no refills”, they just argue with you when you show up that there are no refills until they finally find their error. Then when they fill more than 1 month and you ask as your tapping your payment so you can just finally get out of there, why it’s so expensive, they say it’s because it’s 2 months worth, when you literally just discussed with them that you get 1 month at a time.
