Do not contact them at all I scheduled a appointment for 10 AM this morning there was no one there and a padlock on the door the owner would not answer the phone when I called and when he did text me back he told me to stick the key under the door mat and someone will call when it’s done there’s was no door mat and nobody there and after I told the owner I’m not doing that I was told that they couldn’t help me and to have a good day this was very suspicious and fishy I don’t recommend these guys
Omg!! If i could leave no stars i would! My appt was at 11am..and was told it would take 2 hours to do my windows..COOL..so my car should be done by 1. Well at 12:15 my car was still sitting outside. I called and was told they would be at it shortly...SHORTLY??? No call or text saying they were running late. Very bad business!!! Needless too say...i took my car and left! Do not waste your time or money !
Nothing but rude and unprofessional I do not recommend go somewhere else that will appreciate your business.
Not only did a call on Friday I called as instructed Saturday at 9 by Ray he stated he would for up I received a message stating I’ll let u know I’m a sec at 10:42am I responded back at 11:20 stating to let me know something by noon so 1203 he stated I could drop off the car bc there is no waiting room I explained I was coming from jacksonville so figured everything out text back at 12:19 stating give me an hour to get there and at 1239 I get a text stating they are already book for today when I was already on my way horribl... read more
