I worked with Catherine when the water pump went out on my VW. This the 4th service I have had done at this location and has always been a positive experience, considering it is car maintenance. This visit was particularly urgent and the worked me in quickly to get me back on the road. The prices were reasonable too, all things considered. The staff were kind and courteous and the shop was clean. I will be back :)
