Spoke to a guy in service to see what was covered on my warranty and he was extremely aggressive and told me that “it’s not Kingsport's problem” because I bought my car in Johnson City and told me that my tires weren’t covered. Thanks Travis Hall for being so disrespectful and demeaning, because now I know why everyone chooses Johnson City!

We was on a girls trip daughter wanted to look at the 2025 Taos. She end up getting it. Kaleb was our salesperson he was wonderful, and funny. Eric the manager was also wonderful when she was doing the deal for her Taos, Eric asked what my other daughter drive , granted my other daughter lives in West Virginia, she told him he offer her a great deal so she ended up with 2025 Tiguan.
