I had a great experience with Wallace Volkswagen of Kingsport. My salesman, Brent, was polite and professional. Brent was very attentive of my needs. The entire team with Brent, Eric, and Chris were great. Highly recommend this dealership.
Travis was great to work with. I had originally looked at a vehicle with him over at Ford but the VW atlas won me over. He helped arrange everything, even taking the time to work on his day off to get it done. He and the supporting team were great and I never felt pressured like I have in other recent buying situations.
The week before Thanksgiving 2025 I bought a new VW Jetta. Brent, Chris and all the staff I dealt with went above and beyond to make this the easiest car purchase I have ever had. The entire process was quick, easy and just unbelievable! I can’t say enough about the staff and I am so happy with my Jetta. It is an amazing, sporty car. I have been a diehard Chevy owner my entire life and I tell ya I’ve been swayed.If you want an honest, no drama deal Wallace VW of Kingsport is the place !
The wait time was crazy. We felt like we were interrupting their time. Took 45 minutes to get gas put in it. No vacuuming was done at all. Trash in glove box was still in it. Waiting room is a real joke only have water to drink and had to even ask for it.
The lot has a good selection, the staff was helpful and professional and they truly went above and beyond! The signing experience was a step above! The car was detailed and ready to go when I got there, and I was given a thorough walkthrough of my Tiguans’ capabilities. I am very pleased with my vehicle, the staff, and the buying experience. The prices at this lot are fair as well. I will definitely shop here again!
