To start the scenario, we’re from Florida. Scary situation!! Total blow out and the wheel nearly came off our trailer. We received absolutely stellar service from Wallace!!. JP (owner) met us on a very dangerous part of 295 near exit 15 in Maine. He trouble shot our horrific wheel failure and escorted us to his shop. He allowed us to camp at his AoK (better than KOA) resort for 2 nights. He replaced all issues within a week. We are so eternally grateful for his honesty and knowledge.
