Mr. Wallace has an impressive resume, but he hands all of the work off to another person(who knows their resume), and they failed to "FACT" check on my appraisal. At the end of the day Wallace Valuations failed me, and I would not recommend their services. I pointed out all of the USPAP violations to Mr Wallace and he did not like that.... His fees changed during appraisal process without notice.
The team at Wallace and Associates has been handling my business tax needs for years. They are always on-time, always accurate and always friendly to work with. Highly recommended.
