I do not recommend this company for a structural inspection. The quality of work of the inspection was poor. The report sounded like something a basic general contractor could write. In fact a good GC is probably a better bet if you are looking for an inspection. They charged over a thousand dollars, for about 2 hours of work. No wonder no one has posted a review in a while.. I'm wondering if they are still in business. Our condo association paid for a structural engineering report several months ago. We received the report and then they were suppose to obtain bids based on the report findings. 4 months later we can't get anyone to respond.
Very professional! Top notch for your engineering needs.
Cost me three weeks and never delivered as promised. Missed deadlines as promised and did not return phone calls
