We had a very disappointing experience with this structural engineering company. They failed to properly review and confirm the plans before moving forward, which led to significant errors that should have been caught early in the process. Instead of taking responsibility for their oversight, they are now trying to charge us additional fees to fix mistakes that were entirely on their end. I do not recommend this company for a structural inspection. The quality of work of the inspection was poor. The report sounded like something a basic general contractor could write. In fact a good GC is probably a better bet if you are looking for an inspection. They charged over a thousand dollars, for about 2 hours of work. There was a major noticeable hump in the middle of the floor that now I am finding out is likely due to a cracked girder, all of this was missed in the report and when I followed up for a relook they w... read more
No wonder no one has posted a review in a while.. I'm wondering if they are still in business. Our condo association paid for a structural engineering report several months ago. We received the report and then they were suppose to obtain bids based on the report findings. 4 months later we can't get anyone to respond.
Very professional! Top notch for your engineering needs.
Cost me three weeks and never delivered as promised. Missed deadlines as promised and did not return phone calls
