3rd world conditions. I don’t even know how this place stays open. Had better treatment in Afghanistan. Stay away from this place.
Many other reviews have covered the issues with the booking system and the front staff so I'm just going to focus on reviewing one of the doctors: Helen Mbata. My understanding is she is fairly new to town and I've had 3 or 4 appointments with here and she takes her time to listen to my concerns, is not rushed, and explains herself very well. I'm happy to have her as my doctor.
Unprofessional front desk person
Dr. Bell has been there for me through thick and thin. I feel supported by her and even though sometimes I don't always get the response I want in the timing I want, I am cared for. Dr. Bell makes time for me and knows me and my health journey. I feel increasingly grateful to have her as my GP. Thank you so much for working as hard as you do and making yourself available to me. It means so so much.
