We had an emergency with our air conditioning unit and they came out right away and solved the problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They installed our unit initially and it has not required maintenance for 23 years. Quality service!
Great experience with these folks. They replaced our A/C system (inside and outside units) for a very reasonable price and were very responsive throughout the process. Stay away from the big companies who are owned by private equity firms. With them it's all about pumping up profits at all cost. Wallace is a small family owned business and treats you like you really matter. Thanks again Wallace!
