Everyone is so pleasant and easy to talk to. Such welcoming people. They are hard workers and try to make frustrating situations as peaceful as possible. Very caring people.
Unfortunately I can not give a good review on this place. I took my truck there for tires and to put a PCV valve on it ( no issue paying for tires ) To find out the turbo needed replaced. Wallace mechanic said he could replace the turbo in 9 hours. That was on Wednesday. I purchased the Turbo and dropped it off on Thursday. On Monday, I was told they couldn’t do the job because they couldn’t get the turbo out. My truck was in pieces where they took it apart and couldn’t be driven so it had to be towed to another mechanic. Wa... read more
