Ended up changing doctors from Dr. Sarver ! Loved Dr.Sarver and the care he gave me when in office ! He cared about my issues, listened well, and was very kind! But.... I had recurring issues and tried to make several appointments and the doctor was NEVER able to see me! I got so sick I had to see another specialty Dr. where I ended up needing surgery! Booked an appointment but received a. $300bill prior to the appointment for preventive care. Called the office Monday morning to check why preventive care visit was billed and waited 90 minutes on hold only to be hung up. Finally got a hold of someone and was told the doctor will determine if this is truly a physical and can be billed as a preventive visit after the visit and any preexisting chronic conditions would result in the $300+ charge. My family PCP retired recently and have been looking into finding a new physician. Made an appointment last week with Dr Sarver. I received 2 text messages confirming my appointment. Which I followed the prompts and confirmed! Then received a phone call to confirm my appointment the week of appointment.
