I had a appointment scheduled for Dr Sarver’s office for next week. This was scheduled over a month ago. I received a phone call reminder to confirm my appointment- which I did. I then received a phone call telling me that he was not accepting new patients and they had cancelled this appointment. Even though the Texas Health systems still shows he is, and they waited until I confirmed the appointment to cancel.
Dr Sarver is a rare Dr who truly cares about you. He is extremely compassionate, professional, and friendly. The staff also reflects the same attitude and professionalism. He is my Dr. for "life"!
Wonderful doctor, rude front desk staff. Loathe having to go through them to see my doctor.
I've called on three different occasions to get into Dr. Sarver when not feeling well and he has nothing available for weeks. When I asked what their recommendation is to being seen, they refer me to Breeze, their urgent care. I want a PCP that can follow my health rather than going to an urgent care. This seems like it would drive up our health insurance cost and hurt my long-term health.
Dr's office canceled appointment with less than 5 hour notice. Staff claimed he was out of town. Cancelation occured day after the Presidents day holiday. Coincidence? Is this comon for Dr Sarver? Offered to reschedule to Friday. Explained I had already rearranged my work schedule and got time off in order to make this appointment and would need to do the same again. Declined appointment. Will be looking for a new provider.
