I had a appointment scheduled for Dr Sarver’s office for next week. This was scheduled over a month ago. I received a phone call reminder to confirm my appointment- which I did. I then received a phone call telling me that he was not accepting new patients and they had cancelled this appointment. Even though the Texas Health systems still shows he is, and they waited until I confirmed the appointment to cancel.
Dr Sarver is a rare Dr who truly cares about you. He is extremely compassionate, professional, and friendly. The staff also reflects the same attitude and professionalism. He is my Dr. for "life"!
Dr. Sarver is the best doctor. He is there for you and not interested in pushing you through the system. His staff is excellent.
Best Dr I have ever seen. Exceptionally caring, spends so much time explaining what's wrong and how to help.
Wonderful doctor, rude front desk staff. Loathe having to go through them to see my doctor.
