I would say they started off great but then had a family emergency and ghosted me. Kept giving me reasons for not being able to come out and finish the job. After months of trying to be patient they quit communicating with me all together. Leaving me with an unfinished project and my house exposed to the elements during the winter. Wallace Roofing was such a pleasure to do business with. They came out the very same day I called them and put a emergency tarp up and within two days I had a brand new roof. They also installed new gutters which I absolutely love them! It all really made my home look much better!!!
I would highly recommend Wallace Roofing and Construction . Their professionalism ,outstanding costumer service and prices are unmatched. They are easy to contact and show up on time. All around great experience.
Roof was fixed same day as promised. But it took a few hours longer than agreed on. As for the side jobs, a lot of our time was wasted waiting on people who lacked communication on nobody coming out. Missed events waiting on the repairs to be completed. The price quoted was different then what we paid.
