We had some issues with our Generac generator during a power outage and needed an electrician to come out and take a look. Wayne was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the generator and help us figure out what was going on. We really appreciated the quick response in getting us scheduled on his books. Great service and honest communication. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical or Generac service!
I gave Wallace Power a call in the afternoon, and they were able to come out and take a look at my generator that same day. They got it back up and running right away and later returned to complete a full service. They did a great job and even left my generator looking like new! I really appreciate their quick response, friendly service, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Wallace Power to anyone needing generator service or maintenance.
