We needed to replace our hot water heater & the main shut off valve. Cody was very patient with scheduling & my need to reschedule a few times. On day of work they came right on time & promptly began work. Old hot water heater was on a shelf above our dryer & we wanted new one on the floor about 6+ ft. away. This was probably the 3rd repair he's done for us, and on his birthday nontheless. A huge slab leak repair. He's always been reasonable and kind, straightforward. We really appreciate his good work!
