Called Wallace Plumbing to fix my water heater. I originally called because I thought my water heater would be under warranty. As it turned out, it was not. The repairman worked on the the water heater for about an hour and a half. He said he replaced the thermocouple, but was unable to get the unit to fire up. He said the valve was bad and it was not worth fixing. He said they could replace the water heater for “$1200 cash”. They schedule times to show up and are never there, don’t seem to care. The dispatcher has no idea where his people are cannot get hold of them and will not call you back! I am paying them, my time is certainly worth something! Will not be using them again! Two chances we are done!!

I scheduled a service appointment for 8:30 this morning and when I called a little after 9am I was informed that you had me scheduled for 10am. Not to mention when I originally scheduled the appointment I was asked to call back the following Monday... to remind YOU of the appointment! Completely unacceptable way to conduct your business guys.
