Wallace sent a ******* out to estimate the cost of hooking up a garage heater. He stated it would take one hour and their office would call me for an estimate. The office called 2 days later and said their bid would be labor and materials for 2 hours. The hookup was 4 feet to an exposed gas supply. I received a bid by email for $1200. I call a second plumber who schedule a time to see the job and bid $225. He completed the work in the next 2 days.
