I took my aunt there and she was treated with disrespect and basically forced into buying frames she didn't like and was told that they don't make plastic frames and was treated with disrespect . Jack Wallace is rude and unprofessional l DO NOT recommend them at all .
Best optician in Lansing. I've had glasses since I was 5. I've been shopping for glasses in Lansing for over 20 years. REALLY wish I had been going to this "mom and pop" the whole time! Amazing service and very reasonable prices. I'll never go to a "discount" place again. You get what you pay for! Get it done RIGHT the first time and, literally, avoid the headaches.
