They don’t deserve 1 star ,have a oil leak so i was told that they would do a oil change and find the leak ,$89.00 ,well they had a list of stuff that needed to to be done ,I never ask them about anything else ,they clearly took advantage of a 70 year old woman,changed me $351.00 never again will I bring my car there again
The sales people I have no problem with. However, the Service Manager (Steve Shackley) and one of the technicians is INCOMPETENT. They are also a thieves. I have a newer Beautiful Palasade. I had to do the first oil change on my own as my free oil changes were used up. When I went to change the oil myself, the oil pan/filter cover was missing one 10mm bolt, and the two plastic plugs/fasteners close to the wheel well. The service department at Wallace Hyundai In Stuart, FL will be a huge waste of your time and money. I had a horrible experience!!! I made an 8:45 appointment for a simple update for a recall. What was supposed to be an hour plus….i decided to ask about my car at 10:30 and was told that there were 2 more cars in front of me and they had no idea nor explanation as to when it would be ready. 2 1/2 plus hours for an oil change I had an appointment for. Told 1 1/2 hours “or so” for a mandatory software update to fix a braking issue which I also had an appointment for. Do not do your service here unless you can drop and go. One star is only because the staff members weren’t rude.
Where do I start, well a few months back they had my Chevy Colorado in to repaint the roof due to defects. I had to wait 3-4 weeks just for a windshield. The director of paint and body is rude and disrespectful. Let’s fast forward to June 9, 2026, I bring my truck in so they can replace the roof molding, my service rep calls me and says that the paint and body shop replaced the molding but chipped the new paint that they just did.
