Hard to schedule an appointment, usually to get an oil change it's a month out. Last appointment had been scheduled over a month in advance for oil change and to check my AC. Scheduler stated it could be done in a day. When I brought the vehicle in I was told it would be ready in 6 hours. I have no idea how they are surviving. My Sonata was burning oil. Brought it in. Was told they would check if there were any oil leaks, even though it’s obvious the engine burns oil since smoke comes out of the exhaust. After 4 days of having my car I called for an update. Message left but no return call. Same result days 6,8,10,12. THEY NEVER CALLED ME! My wife thought maybe the car was stolen so went drove there on day 14. I like my 2021 Hyundai SantaFe; but it is almost impossible to a simple oil change at Wallace. Their online scheduling will put you six weeks out; call and you might get four weeks. My car tells me I need an oil change now.
