Well I came to leave a review and see a ton of low ratings and I am definitely not surprised at all. I bought a brand new vehicle from them (2024 Santa Fe) only has 15k miles that me and my family put on. And went in because I needed a service and now they want to tell me I HAVE TO replace all my tires and once I Heard those words I said, I want to talk to a Service manager. Can I give it zero stars? Almost 5 hours in for routine service and still getting jerked around. A disgrace. Abandon all hope you who enter here, unless you want a wall job with a 5 hour wait.
Hard to schedule an appointment, usually to get an oil change it's a month out. Last appointment had been scheduled over a month in advance for oil change and to check my AC. Scheduler stated it could be done in a day. When I brought the vehicle in I was told it would be ready in 6 hours. I accepted the free shuttle service and was advised I'd need to call for return shuttle by 3 pm. I texted (Tristan) at approximately 2 pm to check the status as I needed to call the shuttle service.
