What a Disappointment!!!!! After talking and texting with Keanu, my wife and I headed to the dealership, exited to purchase a new car. Once arrived at the dealership, we were hooked up with a young girl who was pleasant, but definitely not an experienced sales person. Keanu apparently didn't have time for us. Horrible experience so far. This locations service is the worst ive experienced yet. I took my car to get serviced Wednesday morning at 9am. I ask for a loaner car, they dont have any in so i opt for a shuttle to work instead. The shuttle driver asks when im off and says he will be back at 430 since he gets off at 5. I get out of my meeting at 430 to find out the shuttle forgot and isnt coming. I go to text hyundai and see a text from the Michael at the service desk saying they dont have the part and need to order it. So now... read more

Mark was very personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. Drove an hour, twice, to purchase a vehicle as they were the most reasonable, and did not push or harass to "close a deal".
Probably one of the worst experiences at a car dealership. After many advertisements received in the mail and after speaking on the phone with Mr. VICTOR from sales, to make an appointment and to confirm that the advertisement is accurate, as owners of a Hyundai SantaFe , we wanted to trade it in for a Hyunday Palisade. There was a deal from the manufacturer that was going on and we asked for that specific deal but we were met with a lot of resistance and were offered a trade in value that was way under the market value.
