Think twice trading in a vehicle here! I had my 2012 sonata towed here because it wouldn’t start. After becoming impatient for service to call me back (I had called multiple times to check the status of my car and communication was more than lacking) I called Wallace Nissan down the road and asked if they would take my sonata as a trade in even though it has yet to be serviced by Wallace Hyundai and currently the car doesn’t start. not a good dealership , other than mark the salesman's being great everyone else is awful, never processed my refund for a car I never even took home, even tho they texted me and said it takes a week to refund, nothing was ever processed. called a couple times and they said someone would call us regarding it when they never did. thanks to mark the salesman we got it situatated. mark the manager was also a pain, makes you believe your getting a good deal on your car as if its coming out of his pocket when in reality you aren'... read more
Anthony is a great sales associate, knowledgeable and not pushy.. He is very attentive and listens to your needs and makes informed suggestions on which models to choose. I came at the end of the month which is better in terms of more discounts and buyer options but there are less vehicles to choose from. Fortunately there was one which was what I was looking for.
