Mark was very personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. Drove an hour, twice, to purchase a vehicle as they were the most reasonable, and did not push or harass to "close a deal".
Probably one of the worst experiences at a car dealership. After many advertisements received in the mail and after speaking on the phone with Mr. VICTOR from sales, to make an appointment and to confirm that the advertisement is accurate, as owners of a Hyundai SantaFe , we wanted to trade it in for a Hyunday Palisade. There was a deal from the manufacturer that was going on and we asked for that specific deal but we were met with a lot of resistance and were offered a trade in value that was way under the market value. Great service. My car was ready exactly when they said it was going to be. I was very satisfied.
The only other dealership that's worst than this place is Wallace Hyundai in Stuart. Most stressful experience in my life. Do not by a Hyundai. It's a bait and switch, they do not honor the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. I will never buy another Hyundai again and I will never recommend a Hyundai to any of my family and friends. If you own one of these, get rid of it right away!!!
