Nice guy, good team. All you gotta do is let him and his team know what the issue is best as you can and leave it to them. They got this. We had an awesome experience with Wallace and highly recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable, personable and down to earth people.
Highly recommend Brad/Wallace Heating and Air. We had been trying to get another guy out two weeks prior to calling Brad and kept getting stood up. Mind you, this was during the snow/icew storm so it was freezing in our house. Anyways, we ended up calling Brad on a Friday afternoon and he came out to our house within 3 hours and was able to identify the issue. Thank you Brad for all your help and your immediate response!!
