Ok, I’ll give a quick summary of my experience with the Tech that came to do the service. Initially, he came to do an estimate (2nd opinion) for the replacement cost of a furnace which the previous company told me that I would need to buy an entirely new furnace unit which would cost me $3800! After a brief conversation, he was right at work and within an hour the HVAC unit and furnace were up and running and it only cost $160!
