Deplorable Property Management Company – I cannot understand why my condo association continues to employ Wallace Campbell to manage our subdivision. Tanis, who is assigned to our development, is rude, incompetent and condescending. The worst HOA – I used to live in a development that manages by Wallace Campbell. We have a president who sneaks around and writes you up if you forgot to take down your Christmas decoration by Jan. 15. I stained the deck wrong color and I understood that I have to follow the rules. The mistake wasn't intentional. While I was working, they sent someone to come over instead of putting a coat on the insisting stain, they ripped off a piece of wood and put on a new one then charged me $150.
