I would strongly suggest if you are told a repair is covered that you get that declaration in writing! There seems to be a bad case of selective amnesia among the service staff. Buyer beware! It will be my pleasure to give Wallace Genesis a lot of free advertising. I guess I'm too gullible in believing people at their word. It won't happen again - I will get it in writing.
2024 GV80. 15K miles. horrible service center. was told I needed brakes. then, no I need calipers. then, no I need rotors to be re surfaced. I agree to rotors. they did a horrible job. the vibration that was in front is now in rear. car sat in lot 4 full days without being in shop. re surfacing of all rotors was $660. I took it to private shop who gave me NEW rotors in the rear for $484. problem fixed! unqualified advisors and mechanics. way overpriced. will never use them again for any service issues.
