I needed a treadmill and rower while I was visiting my son and the gym owner gave me a great weekly rate. I didn’t need strength because I have a membership to a gym where I do strength they just don’t have the treadmill and rower BUT if I didn’t I would definitely be here to lift, they have everything and it’s 24 hours. I will be back each time I visit PA.

Alex and his staff are truly professionals. They are knowledgeable and educated in fitness and nutrition, not just new hires that get “corporate training” to be trainers. I usually work with Austin, who not too long ago graduated college with a degree to do this! I have worked with most of the staff at least a few times for one on one training if Austin was out. I came from Phoenix to visit family and purchased a 10 day pass at this gym. The equipment is top notch, and the facilities including the bathrooms are impressively clean. I was able to get everything I needed from my workouts. I just wish they had larger lockers. Overall, the experience was exceptional and I highly recommend this gym!
