Friendly folks, very knowledgeable in their field of service!
Matt had to totally rebuild my hydraulic levelling system. He did a tremendous job and constantly kept me aware of costs and time involved to complete the job throughout the process. I would highly recommend Matt and will be calling him in the future for any of my RV maintenance needs.
Great service helped me get my Refrigerator going over the phone.
Wallace Family RV offered such kindness and compassion to us when our RV trailer required repair. A car had spun out and into our trailer. When we called on a Sunday, he took time out on his day off to return our call. On Monday morning when we arrived, he promptly ordered the necessary parts. Our repair was completed in 4 days which is remarkable in our present economy. We highly recommend and are so grateful to Wallace Family RV for their personal and professional service. I had a problem with my water heater in my travel trailer. I’m in an RV park and don’t have truck, so I needed a mobile service that would come to me. Wallace RV is not a mobile service but he took the time to walk me through fixing my problem over the phone. This took at least 15 minutes - that he didn’t even charge me for! This says a lot about the ethics of this man and his business. I so appreciated his kindness (and patience!) that I had to at least write this review.
