I called Wallace Electric with a problem that another company had not been able to resolve (and yet still charged me for). Wallace Electric was not only able to get me scheduled in a quick and timely manner, but they also identified and fixed the problem. Pricing was more than fair, and they were a pleasure to work with. Everything was explained to me in a manner I could understand, and they made sure I was happy before they left. I can say without a doubt that if you need electrical work done, you need to call these guys.

The test of a great company is when you are in need, they come to help. After this last ice storm everyone in the neighborhood had power, except us. Jacob came out within a couple hours, reset the main external circuit breaker, showed us how to do it ourselves and all was good, until it tripped 3 more times. He came back early that evening and went circuit by circuit to narrow down the problem to a small fridge in the basement which had been fine prior to the storm. Wallace electric came out and fixed our electrical box when another electrician said they couldn't fix it. He did it in a timely manner and did not mind talking with us about what he saw and making us feel better about the safety of everything! He is always nice and does great work!
