I had a great experience with Mike and his team. They came out to give an estimate on replacing a ceiling fan in a vaulted ceiling and troubleshooting a faulty plug. Mike noted that the downrod in our existing fan might not work for our new fan, and he was right, so we were able to get the right 6 ft extension in advance to make installation quick and easy.
