We cannot say enough nice about Wallace. Wallace stepped up when a nationwide restoration company had made our fire damage worse. The project was difficult yet they accepted the job right where we were in the studs-out rebuild. From the initial engineering report to the occupancy permit, Jordan was amazing. They are smart, professional, experienced, accountable, resourceful and good communicators-responsive and patient. We would never even consider a different builder.
Wallace Builders was awesome! From the first time we met James, until the final cleanup. His people and the subs were very professional and considerate. I would like to thank Chris, our project manager. He was unbelievable!! Always was willing to answer any questions and was right there whenever we needed him!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with James and his people!! We recommend him to anyone who is looking to remodel!!
We have used Wallace Custom Builders for three large projects, and have been pleased every time. One of the projects involved repair/rebuilding following substantial tornado damage. For that project, James and his team had to pick up and fix substandard work from a prior contractor. We were glad we brought him in when we did (and wish we had brought him in earlier).
We have used Wallace Custom Builders twice in the last few years. Everything was organized, completed on schedule and had no problems with anything! If you want it done right, these are your guys!!!!
We have had James Wallace build 3 houses for us in Gallatin as well as an office in Nashville. He has always done an outstanding job for us. His quality is impeccable and he finishes the projects as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. We trust him implicitly and his pricing has always been fair. He also stands behind the homes he builds.
